A small menu will pop-up and you can select your desired currency. Once selected, prices will be displayed in GBP and a comparison given in your chosen currency. The currency conversion is given as an indication of the price in your chosen currency. The amount charged to my credit card is different to your website? If you are outside of the United Kingdom and your credit card operates in a currency that is not GBP then your credit card company will take care of the conversion from GBP to your currency. The actual amount depends upon international currency rates on the day and on your particular credit card company\'s procedures. (They will be able to advise you further). All transactions on our website are processed in GBP. You will find that the amount charged to your card is normally slightly less than the indicated currency comparison cost on the day that you placed your order. Information about shippingWhere do you ship from? We are based in the Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped direct from our distribution centre or direct from our suppliers in other parts of the UK. Do you ship to my country? We send orders everyday to Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa and more. Simply select your country from the list when you register your account with us or when you checkout your order. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is normally calculated based on weight of consignment and final destination. For orders under 2kg we normally use Royal Mail. For orders in excess of 2kg we normally use a courier since Royal Mail is not as cost-effective on heavier weights. The cost of shipping is calculated during the checkout process, before you enter any payment details, based upon the above. Please note that in some cases where large packages are being sent to overseas destinations, the couriers calculate charges based upon a "volumetric calculation". This means that the cost of shipping is determined by the physical size of the conisgnment. If this is the case we will advise you before processing your order. |
